The Electric Aircraft Technology Symposium (EATS) is co-sponsored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). For eight years, the EATS sponsored an Electric Aircraft Rolling Recap with the expressed purpose of collecting synopses of technical papers of merit in aircraft electrification. In the early years, the EATS was hosted out of the AIAA, and to ensure that these Rolling Recap documents were preserved, the AIAA agreed to hold the documents in the AIAA Engage Library. This allowed any member of the AIAA to retrieve the Rolling Recap documents, whether they attended the conference or not. This AIAA Engage Library holds eight years of Rolling Recap, and each new conference is added to the library. In 2022, EATS was sponsored by the IEEE at the Transportation Electrification Community (now Transportation Electrification Council) meeting in Anaheim, CA. And now, making the repository of the Rolling Recap available to members of IEEE in addition to AIAA is desired. This webinar will provide an overview of the Rolling Recap archive and solicit interest from the IEEE and AIAA for future expansion and analyses of its material.
